Women's Squash Hosts Trinity for Senior Night

The No. 6 Yale women's squash team caps its regular season play when it welcomes No. 1 Trinity to the Brady Squash Center. The team will honor their two-member senior class, Brianna Jefferson and Julia Zhukovets.
 
Scouting Yale
Heading into this match, Yale is 5-4 overall and 3-3 in the Ivy League. Last weekend, the Bulldogs split a pair of road matches with a big win over No. 9 Penn and an 8-1 loss to No. 4 Princeton. Sneha Sivakumar put on solid performances in both the Penn and Princeton matches, defeating her opponent 3-2 in both.

Scouting Trinity
Trinity is arguably one of the hottest teams in the country right now. Sitting at No. 1 in the College Squash Association rankings, the Bantams are a perfect 12-0. They have taken down all the teams in the top five: No. 2 Harvard (7-2), No. 3 Drexel (5-4), No. 4 Princeton (5-4), and No. 5 Cornell (7-2).

Last Meeting
The last time these two teams faced one another was on Feb. 27, 2022 in the College Squash Association's National Team Championship event. The Bantams took the victory, 6-3. The Bulldogs picked up their three set wins from Meghna Sreedhar, Brianna Jefferson, and Nina Mital.
