BOSTON – It was a strong start to the famed Head of the Charles regatta for Yale women's crew. The Bulldogs captured the club eight title, posting a time of 16:10.900, nearly 16 seconds faster than second-place Dartmouth.
"Our club eight had a good day," said
Will Porter, The Friends of YWC Head Coach of the Bulldogs. "They locked in and rowed like they practice all week."
Two more Yale crews race Sunday - the varsity and second varsity in the Women's Championship Eight.
