It's back to the East Coast for Yale softball as the team opens Ivy League play with a three-game series on the road at Princeton this weekend. Both teams began the season with road trips out of state to prepare for the long stretch of the season. The Bulldogs journeyed to Mississippi, Florida, and California, while the Tigers took their efforts to Virginia, Texas, and Florida.

Hear from Coach
"We are fired up to be opening Ivy play. Princeton is a well-coached opponent that we feel prepared to put our best foot forward against after our three road trips and 14 tournament games," said Head CoachÂ
Laura Ricciardone. "We gained valuable experience, playing time and game-time lessons that we are ready to put in motion as we hit the ground running."
