ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Yale women's squash team defeated No. 8 Cornell 6-3 on the road to pick up its third consecutive victory. After suffering a defeat to No. 3 Harvard last weekend, the Bulldogs have picked up wins over Dartmouth, Columbia and now the Big Red.
With the victory, Yale improves to 5-2, with their only two losses coming against top-five teams. The Bulldogs also hold a 3-1 Ivy League record. Cornell falls to 6-5 with the loss.
Five of the Bulldogs six wins on Sunday came in straight sets.
