Quanah Brayboy netted a pair of goals to lead the Bulldogs to their fourth consecutive victory.
With the win the Bulldogs improve to 4-4-1, while the Falcons fall to 5-3-2.
"It was great to get a lot of the soccer community out tonight for a competitive match against a well-coached Albertus Magnus team," said
Kylie Stannard, the 5K Corral Head Coach of the Bulldogs. "I was very happy with how we started the game on the front foot and putting them under a good amount of pressure and taking our chances pretty well. We were able to have a lot of firsts tonight with starts, appearances, and guys on the score sheet so it is always really special to be able to share moments like that when the guys are working hard and supporting each other."

- 2' | GOAL! Quanah Brayboy earned a rare 'Olimpico', scoring off a corner kick to put the Bulldogs on the board early on. 1-0 Yale
- 18' | GOAL! Following a cross into the box by Diego Zaffanella, teammate George Stamboulidis calmly collected the pass and dished it across the crease to first year Salif Leintu who finished the play for his first collegiate goal. 2-0 Yale
- 34' | GOAL! The Bulldogs earned a free kick just outside the box on the near sideline. Brayboy directed the kick towards the net and Farouz was able to redirect a header into the back of the net for the third goal of the half. 3-0 Yale
- 73' | GOAL! Farouz scored his second goal of the game from the middle of the box. 4-0 Yale
- 75' | GOAL! Farouz completed the hat trick with another header off a pass from Sven Meacham. 5-0 Yale
- 76' | GOAL! Just one minute later, Brayboy netted his second score for the Bulldogs' sixth goal. 6-0 Yale
Game Notes
- Wednesday's matchup was the first time that the Bulldogs and Falcons have ever played in men's soccer. It was Yale's first Division III opponent since 1999.
- Farouz recorded his first career hat trick and now leads the team with six goals.
- Constantin Jung, Salif Leintu, and George Stamboulidis made their first collegiate starts.
- Brayboy scored his second and third goals of the season and earned his first assist.
- Leintu tallied his first collegiate goal, while Stamboulidis recorded his first career assist on the same play.
- Juniors Lior Gurion and Marco Borrego logged their first collegiate minutes.

"We have to recover now and make sure we are ready for a big challenge on the road at Columbia," said Stannard.
The Bulldogs will travel to the Big Apple to take on Ivy League foe, Columbia, on Saturday, Oct. 5.
