COLUMBUS, Ohio - Noah Millard registered a first place finish in the 1650 freestyle as the Yale University men's swimming and diving team concluded action at the Ohio State Invitational today. The Bulldogs finished fourth as a team with 1292.5 points over the three-day event.

Key Results

• Millard won the 1650 freestyle with a time of 14:33.47, which was also a NCAA 'A' cut mark.
• Arshak Hambardzumyan finished seventh overall in the 1650 freestyle in 15:08.36. Jose Cano placed 18th in 15:30.26. Kostantinos Zachariadis took 22nd place in 15:35.52. Henry Finn came in 24th in 15:48.62.
• Manoli Mountantonakis collected 14th place in the 200 backstroke (1:44.56). Elliot Lee was three spots back in 1:45.93. Mak Nurkic Kacapor placed 24th in 1:47.24. Jed Jones registered a 26th place showing in 1:48.40, while Christian Lee was 29th (1:50.97).
• Deniel Nankov placed eighth in the 100 freestyle in 43.29. Nick Finch was just .04 back in ninth place (43.33). Nareg Minassian notched a 15th place finish in 43.59. Lucius Brown came in 25th in 44.44. Nurkic Kacapor rounded out the scorers for that event in 29th place (44.84).
• Charlie Egeland posted a time of 1:55.09 to finish eighth in the 200 breaststroke. Alex Deng was 15th in 1:57.36. Jake Wang registered a time of 1:57.74 to place 22nd. Right behind Wang was Alex Brehm (1:59.04). 
• Elliot Lee came in 17th in the 200 butterfly (1:48.40). Alexander Hazlett placed 21st in that event in 1:46.66.
• The 400 freestyle relay quartet of Millard, Finch, Minassian and Nankov earned a fifth place finish in 2:51.65.

The Bulldogs return to action on Dec. 4 for the U.S. Open.
