Egger Earns Weekly Ivy Honor
Senior guard/forward Mackenzie Egger (Mount Pleasant, Mich.), who led Yale with 25 points, 11 rebounds, five steals and four blocks Sunday vs. Boston University, was named Ivy League Co-Player of the Week on Monday afternoon. Egger shared the award with Columbia's Kitty Henderson. Egger's double-double Sunday was her fourth of the season. She shot .523 (11 for 21) and drew six BU fouls, the most on the team.

Busy on the Boards
Yale is tied with Penn for second in the Ivy League in offensive rebounds per game (13.0), trailing only Columbia (15.5).

Defending the Perimeter
Yale ranks seventh nationally in three-point percentage defense. The Bulldogs have limited their opponents to a .233 shooting performance beyond the arc. In six of the team's 13 games the Bulldogs have allowed one or zero three pointers.

Free Throw Perfection
Yale is one of three Ivy League teams with two or more games of perfect free throw shooting. The Bulldogs were 6-for-6 at Bryant Nov. 29 and 13-for-13 at FIU Dec. 7. Brown and Dartmouth are the only other Ivy teams with multiple perfect free throw shooting games. Overall, Harvard leads the league in free throw shooting percentage (.795).

Scouting Harvard
Harvard (11-1, 0-0 Ivy League) has won nine in a row but has not played since Dec. 21; the Crimson's game vs. Delaware Dec. 30 was cancelled. The team's 11-1 start is second-best in school history, trailing only the 16-1 start in 2016-17. The Crimson leads the Ivy League in scoring defense, allowing only 53.3 points per game. Harvard was among the teams receiving votes in the most recent AP national poll.
