NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Fresh off a 12-6 win over then-No. 4 Michigan in the season opener Saturday at Reese Stadium, the No. 5 Yale women's lacrosse team makes the short trip up I-91 for the first road game of the season. The Bulldogs take on Quinnipiac in Hamden at 2:00 p.m. (ESPN+, Live Stats).
 
Last Game

• Yale beat Michigan 12-6 Saturday at Reese Stadium.
• Senior attacker Jenna Collignon (Hinsdale, Ill.) had a game-best three goals and 10 draw controls.
• Yale shut Michigan out for the final 19:41, turning a 7-6 lead into a 12-6 win.

• Senior goalkeeper Cami Donadio (Winter Park, Fla.) was named Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week on Monday. Donadio had six saves in Saturday's 12-6 win vs. Michigan.
• Senior midfielder Fallon Vaughn (Concord, Mass.) scored her 100th career goal Saturday. It came at the 8:15 mark of the third quarter.
• Senior midfielder Taylor Lane (Norwalk, Conn.) registered her 100th career point Saturday. It came on a goal by senior attacker Taylor Everson (Montclair, N.J.) at 3:04 of the third quarter.
• Senior attacker Jenna Collignon (Hinsdale, Ill.) has scored three or more goals in eight straight games. Collignon ranks fifth on Yale's career goals list with 149. Tracy Ball '81 is the all-time leader with 209. She is seventh on Yale's career points list with 167. Ball is the all-time leader with 271.
• Senior midfielder Sky Carrasquillo (Alpharetta, Ga.) is third on Yale's career draw controls list with 204. Izzy Nixon '19 is the all-time leader with 282.

• Yale is 10-0 all-time vs. Quinnipiac. 
• Five of those wins have come by nine or more goals, including last season's 20-8 Yale win at Reese Stadium.

 
The Bobcats

• Quinnipiac (2-0, 0-0 MAAC) has opened the season with wins over Central Connecticut State (21-2) and Colgate (13-9).
• Goalkeeper Shannon Alden leads the nation in save percentage (.630) and is 12th in goals-against average (6.67).
• Attacker Cate Bendowski is tied for fifth in the MAAC with six goals.
