  • The day began well for the Bulldogs with Nolan Recker placing third in the weight throw. His second-round mark of 20.36 meters was good enough to achieve points for the Bulldogs.
  • Isiah Udofia performed when it mattered most, recording a mark of 7.34 meters in the long jump. This final round mark secured his position in third, also bringing home valuable points for the Bulldogs.
  • Senior Jack Sendek had the race of his career in the mile. His time of 4:10, along with his excellent final lap, qualified him for Sunday's final.
  • Two Bulldogs qualified for the 60m final. Cristian Pereira ran a new PR of 6.81 seconds to qualify. Kit Colson ran 6.86 to qualify and will be hoping to replicate his performance from last year's final.
  • In the 400 meters, Lucas Mylon and Finnegan Quinn fought well in their heats, unfortunately just missing out on the final. They will return Sunday for the relays.
  • Simon Jupp had an incredible closing lap in what was a very closely contested heat in the 500m to qualify for the final with a time of 1:04.
  • Max Bishop ran well in a physical 800 meter race, but narrowly missed out on the final with his time of 1:53.
  • The 3,000 meters was an incredibly exciting race, with Owen Karas spending much of the time near the front. He was rewarded with a fourth-place finish.
  • The final event of the day was the 200 meters. Senior James Grindle achieved a SB time of 22.10 seconds, narrowly missing out on the final.
