NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale men's tennis team battled down to the wire but fell 4–3 to Notre Dame in its spring season opener Friday evening at Cullman–Heyman Tennis Center.
After Notre Dame took the doubles point, Yale answered with three singles wins, including hard-fought three-set victories from
Edward Liao and
Jason Shuler as well as a straight-set win by
Ethan Chung.
