Last Game
A back-and-forth battle between the Yale women's basketball team and Brown on Monday evening at Lee Amphitheater saw the teams knotted at 41 at halftime after the Bulldogs led for the majority of the first half. But Brown gradually pulled away in the second half, including outscoring the Bulldogs 27-17 in the fourth. The Bears went on to finish with
an 88-72 win to open Ivy League play.

Yale leads the Ivy League, and is 43rd in the nation, in blocks per game (4.6). The Bulldogs have blocked at least one shot in every game, and have reached a high of nine blocks twice (Nov. 26 at American, Dec. 3 vs. Bryant). First-year forward
Dorka Kastl (Budapest, Hungary) is ninth nationally and first in the Ivy League in blocks per game (2.64).

Senior forward
Kiley Capstraw (West Orange, N.J.), Yale's captain, has 16 assists in the last two games. That included a career-high nine in the game vs. Brown Monday. She leads the Ivy League in assists per game, averaging 4.7. She has the third-best assist-to-turnover ratio in the league (1.7).
Moore Scoring
Sophomore guard
Ciniya Moore (Bradenton, Fla.) is the only Ivy League player to have scored 22 or more points in a game three times this season. Harvard's Abigail Wright is the only other player to have done so more than once. Moore scored a season high 33 at High Point on Dec. 20. She is tied with Columbia's Riley Weiss for the Ivy League lead in scoring (17.6 points per game).

Yale has three of the top six Ivy League leaders in minutes played, including the top two: senior forward

Scouting Princeton
Princeton (13-1, 1-0 Ivy League), has won 11 in a row since suffering its only defeat of the season, 84-68 at then-No. 9 Maryland Nov. 16. The Tigers have gone 76-5 in Ivy League games since Yale's last win in the series (Feb. 8, 2019, when the Bulldogs
won 96-86 in overtime).
