LA QUINTA, Calif. – The Yale men's golf team wrapped up play at The Prestige and The Prestige Invitational this week. Wednesday's third round was suspended due to high winds.
As a team, the Bulldogs finished tied for 22nd in a competitive 24-team field that included Texas Tech, Wake Forest, Stanford, and Clemson.
Sam Davis led Yale, tying for 50th after shooting five-over par through two rounds of play. Matthew Lin, Will Lodge, Colin Li, and Andrew Stickel also competed for the Bulldogs. In The Prestige Individual event, Preston Howe tied for 30th and Ansen Tran tied for 41st in another strong field.
Yale returns to action March 13–15 at the Schenkel Invitational in Statesboro, Ga.
