HENLEY-ON-THAMES, England – After two days of world-class racing at the Henley Royal Regatta, the Yale heavyweight 8+ have been eliminated from Temple Challenge Cup competition.

On the first day of the tournament on Wednesday, the Bulldogs defeated the Oxford Brookes University 'B' boat by two lengths, crossing the finish line in 6:18.

The second round of the single-elimination bracket saw Yale fall to Durham University on Thursday. The Palatinates finished ahead of the Bulldogs by three-quarters of a length, reaching the line in 6:20.
