NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's track and field team has earned All-Academic Team recognition from the USTFCCCA for 2025-26, and seven Bulldogs have earned All-Academic Athlete honors. The USTFCCCA announced the awards today.
Yale's individual honorees were:
In order for a team to be named to the All-Academic list, it must maintain a grade point average above 3.00 for the season. The Bulldogs finished with a GPA of 3.68.
For an athlete to receive individual honors, for the indoor season they must either have finished ranked in the top 96 in any championship individual event, or in the top 48 in any championship relay event; for the outdoor season they must have competed in any round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships or, for the multi-events they must have finished the season ranked in the top 48 in the East or top 48 in the West. They must also have completed at least two semesters or three quarters while maintaining at least a 3.25 GPA.
Constanza Acevedo
Acevedo's honor comes on the heels of an impressive first season with the Bulldogs. She set the school record in the javelin throw (48.47m; first place at the Mark Young Invitational) and went on to win the team's Outstanding Thrower Award and Outstanding First-Year Award. She placed sixth in the javelin throw at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships (42.16m).
Acevedo is a graduate of Colegio San Juan de Las Condes.
Claire Archer
Archer, an economics major, was Yale's top finisher at the NCAA Cross Country Northeast Regional, placing 11th overall (20:17.0). She earned All-Region and first team All-Ivy League honors for cross country, along with the cross country team's MVP Award, for the second year in a row. Her Van Cortlandt Park 6K time for Ivy League Cross Country Heps (21:01.9) ranks No. 2 all-time at Yale.
In indoor track and field, Archer's 5K time of 16:19.99 ranks No. 6 on Yale's all-time list. Outdoors, she is eighth on Yale's all-time list for the 5K (16:21.04, 2025).
Archer's academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, Academic All-Ivy League for cross country in 2025, Academic All-Ivy League for indoor track and field in 2025-26, Academic All-Ivy League for outdoor track and field in 2026, CSC Academic All-District in 2024-25 and 2025-26 and USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete for cross country in 2024 and 2025.
In addition to her economics degree, Archer earned a certificate in data science.
Archer is a graduate of Roosevelt High School.
Phoebe Benun
Benun was named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete for cross country earlier this year, on the heels of a cross country season in which she was second on the team at NCAA Cross Country Regionals (26th overall, 20:34.8, one spot away from earning All-Region) and third on the team at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, (16th overall, 21:50.2).
In track and field, she qualified for the NCAA East First Round outdoors. She had the fifth-best 3000m time in school history indoors (9:21.66, fourth at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships). She was fifth in the 5000m at Outdoor Heps (16:56.38).
Benun is a graduate of Santa Monica High School.
Lucija Grd
Grd, an Engineering Science-Electrical major, earned the track and field team's James Stack '61 Award (MVP) and the Lee Calhoun Award, given to the most outstanding member of the sprints and hurdles group. She was first team All-Ivy League and Ivy League Champion in the 60m hurdles indoors, setting the school record with her time of 8.29. She was part of Yale's No. 2 all-time 4x400 meter relay performance indoors (3:41.43). Grd set the school record in the 100m hurdles outdoors (13.43) and was part of the school-record performance in the 4x100m relay outdoors (45.41).
Grd has been elected captain for the 2026-27 season. She is a graduate of Vladimir Prelog Science School.
Gloria Guerrier
Guerrier, a biomedical engineering major, set the Yale 400m record indoors (54.25, No. 8 in the Northeast Region). She also posted the eighth-best time on Yale's all-time list for the 200m indoors (25.05). She was part of the second-best indoor 4x400m relay all-time at Yale (3:41.43) – one of four 4x400m relay times among Yale's top 10 that Guerrier has been a part of in her three years here. She also has the second-best 500m time in school history (1:21.21, 2025).
Outdoors, Guerrier posted the second-best 400H time all-time at Yale (58.36). She competed in that event at the NCAA East First Round for the second straight year. Guerrier's 400m time of 54.19 from 2025 ranks third on Yale's all-time list.
Guerrier's academic honors include earning CSC Academic All-District this season. She has been named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete for track and field in each of the past two years.
Guerrier is a graduate of West Hempstead Secondary School.
Juliette Kosmont
Kosmont, a cognitive science major, qualified for the NCAA East First Round outdoors. She was first team All-Ivy League and the Ivy League Champion in the 100m outdoors (11.28, school record). She was second team All-Ivy League in the 60m indoors, and set the school record in that event (7.30). She was second in the 60m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships (7.40). She ran the second-fastest 200m time in school history outdoors (23.94) and was part of the school record-setting 4x100m relay team outdoors (45.41).
Kosmont is a graduate of Santa Catalina High School.
Zoe Martonfi
Martonfi qualified for the NCAA East First Round outdoors. She was part of the sixth-fastest 4x800m relay team in school history indoors (8:50.82) and won the mile in three meets indoors. She ran the fourth-fastest 3000m steeplechase time in school history outdoors (10:16.68).
Martonfi is a graduate of Eldon High School.
