Impressive Newcomers Added to Three-Time National Champs

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Yale Heavyweight Crew, the three-time defending national champions, today announced its class of 2024, which includes a dozen student-athletes and five national champions.
 
There are 11 oarsmen and one coxswain who come from six countries to comprise the class.
 
"Our class looks strong. It's a good mix of oarsmen who have distinguished themselves on the junior level with young men who have superb physiological promise that will be actualized when they develop their on-the-water skills," said Steve Gladstone, Yale's Craig W. Johnson '68 Head Coach of Heavyweight Crew.
