The Yale Bulldogs for Change (YBC) leadership team aims to enhance the varsity student-athlete experience for people of color, in addition to providing a voice and support necessary to navigate a predominately white institution (PWI) with focus on the following actions:

A decade after leading the Yale women's track and field team as captain, Faith Briggs '10 is still running -- and now she is making the sport part of her global citizenship efforts, earning recognition for her filmmaking along the way.
