NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Kahveh Zahiroleslam continues to pile up Ivy League weekly awards. Zahiroleslam, who scored both goals in Saturday's 2-1 win over Brown, was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season.
Both goals against the Bears were high-quality finishes. He headed home a
Sigfus Arnason cross to snap a scoreless tie early in the second half and then put a ball between a Brown defender's legs before firing a shot into the top corner less than 10 minutes later.
Zahiroleslam now has seven goals on the season, which is tied for fourth in the Ivy League.
The Bulldogs wrap up the season on Saturday at Princeton.
