No. 2 Ranked Bulldogs Head to NEISA Fleet Race Champs

Yale Women's Sailing takes on division rivals at Brown this weekend

CRANSTON, R.I. — This weekend, the Yale women's sailing team will head to Rhode Island to compete in the NEISA Women's Fleet Race Championship, hosted by Brown. The Bulldogs, fresh off their victory at NEISA Team Race Champs last weekend, will look to refresh their fleet racing skills for their division championship. 

Conditions look promising for the weekend. On Saturday, the wind will come out of the east and will hover around 8-10 knots, with gusts of up to 18. On Sunday, the breeze my pick up a bit; steady winds of 9-12 knots from the Southeasts, with puffs of up to 25. The temperatures will remain in the high 50s all weekend, with potential rain forecasted. The Elis will look to take advantage of a week of heavy wind practices to demonstrate their fleet racing dominance.
