CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Yale University women's tennis team fared well during day two action at the ITA New England Regional. Today's competition featured both singles and doubles representation for the Bulldogs.

Singles Results

• Shyla Aggarwal opened with a 6-0, 3-6, 6-2 triumph over Boston University's Ellie Gyuro. Aggarwal advances to face Dartmouth's Peyton Capuano.
• Erin Ha picked up a straight set win with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Providence's Camila Barrera Aguirre. She will take on Kavya Karra of Harvard in the next round.
• Julia Werdiger disposed of Niagara's Maria Melo by scores of 6-3, 6-0. Next up for Werdiger is a contest against Uma Bakaiyte from Boston University.
• Ann Wright Guerry notched a victory against Aina Garriga Martinez of Sacred Heart, 6-0, 6-1. That win earns her a date with Willow Renton of Quinnipiac in the next round.
• Mirabelle Brettkelly cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win against Andrea Vargas of Siena College. Seren Agar of Boston College will be Brettkelly's opponent in the next round.
• Rebecca Lynn lost her opening match to Mariana Campino of the University of Massachusetts, 6-0, 6-2.
• Angela Huang was defeated 6-1, 6-0, by Boston University's Madison Liu, in her first match.

Doubles Results

• Lynn and Jamie Kim claimed an 8-5 decision over Sacred Heart's Ola Irla-Bartyzel and Garriga Martinez. They will face Emma Sy and Vennmukiil Mathivanan of Army next.
• Werdiger and Ha pulled out an 8-7 win over Quinnipiac's Anagha Shankar and Vera Sekerina. Next up is the duo of Isabella Venter and Tamara Bachmann from St. Bonaventure.
• Aggarwal and Huang posted an 8-4 win over Cooper Jackson and Paige Herremans from Army in their doubles match. They will face Anna-Raphaelle Serghi and Angel You from Harvard next.
• Bretkelly and Wright Guerry were edged, 8-7, by Bryant's Caitlyn Munson and Natalia Vela.

The Bulldogs return to action for day three of the ITA New England Regional on Saturday morning.
