PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Yale University women's tennis team registered a perfect 6-0 mark on the opening day of the Bruno Classic hosted by Brown.

Singles Results

• Shyla Aggarwal claimed a 6-2, 6-1 win over Rhode Island's Sophie Herrman..
• Erin Ha defeated Katharina Spieth of URI, 6-4, 6-2.
• Angela Huang collected a 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Rhode Island's Stephanie Hylton.
• Sophia Zaslow dispatched Ava Grnja of URI in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.

Doubles Results

• Aggarwal and Ha defeated the Rhode Island tandem of Spieth and Nikki Fernando, 6-3.
• Huang and Zaslow teamed up for a 7-5 victory over URI's Herrman and Kiara Nelander.  

The Bulldogs return to action for day two of the Bruno Classic on Saturday morning.
