HANOVER, N.H. - The Yale University women's tennis team opened action today with day one of the Big Green Invitational.

Singles Results

• Rebecca Lynn defeated Mariana Campino of UMass, 3-6, 7-6 (7-4), 10-2.
• Ann Wright Guerry was defeated by Wisconsin's Maria Sholokova, 6-4, 6-2.
• Angela Huang lost to Wisconsin's Karolina Jacobson, 6-0, 6-2.
• Erin Ha was edged in three sets by Wisconsin's Alina Mukhortova, 5-7, 6-3, 10-3.
• Sophia Zaslow dropped a decision to UMass' Thamonpan Jonglertakul, 7-5, 6-3.

Doubles Results

• Lynn and Zaslow were defeated by the UMass duo of Amelia Tye and Cosima Trinity Calinescu, 6-3.
• Huang and Wright Guerry fell to UMass' Campino and Jonglertakul, 6-4.
• Ha and Orly Ogilvy dropped a 6-0 result to the Wisconsin pair of Sholokova and Mukhortova/

The Bulldogs return to action for day two of the Big Green Invitational on Saturday.
