NEW YORK – The Yale men's track and field team concluded competition at the Dr. Sander Scorcher, hosted by Columbia at The Armory, on Saturday. This meet gave the Bulldogs a chance to test themselves against some of the top competition in the region, including Ivy League opponents Brown, Columbia, Cornell and Harvard (plus two competitors from Princeton).

- Junior Amaré Fields placed seventh in the open mile with a time of 4:17.17.
Sprints
- First-year Jozef Miesak placed fifth in the 200m with a time of 22.02. The only Ivy Leaguer ahead of him was Harvard's Amari Turner, a former USATF Junior Olympic 100m and 200m champion. Turner clocked a 21.56.
