NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Friday saw the Yale men's track and field team in action at two different meets, with three throwers at Texas A&M's 44 Farms Team Invitational and a trio of distance runners at Providence's Friar Invitational.
In Texas, junior

Nolan Recker and senior
Jake Sun competed. Lebowitz placed 11th in the discus with a mark of 49.86m. Olu Williams of North Texas won with a mark of 58.24m. Recker and Sun competed in the hammer throw Friday night, with Sun placing seventh (57.78m) and Recker eighth (57.26m). Texas A&M's Henry Zimmerman, a three-time All-American in the weight throw indoors, won with a mark of 66.19m.

Magnus Manley competed in the mile. Karas placed ninth with a time of 4:06.42, Manley was 15th (4:07.7) and Gamble was 16th (4:09.39).
