PRINCETON, N.J. -- Senior Julia Miller and sophomore Dorothy Mendelblatt of the Yale women's sailing team were named Ivy League Crew and Skipper of the Championship, respectively, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
The duo of Miller and Mendelblatt helped lead the Bulldogs to a fifth straight Ivy League title in April. The Elis are the only title holders in conference history since the award was inaugurated in 2022. Miller and Mendelblatt are the fourth consecutive Yale duo to earn Crew and Skipper of the Championship honors. Mia Nicolosi and Sarah Moeder earned the distinction in each of the past three seasons (2023–25).
Miller and Mendelblatt were also named First Team All-Ivy League, alongside teammates Moeder and Carly Kieding.
All-Ivy selections were based on performance at the ICSA Women's Team Race National Championship, where Yale finished as the national runner-up.
Miller was also named Yale's Academic All-Ivy recipient.
The Yale women's sailing team will wrap up the 2025–26 season at the ICSA Fleet Racing National Championship from May 20–23.
