NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The second of three straight home games to open Ivy League play brings Dartmouth to Reese Stadium on Saturday to face the unbeaten Yale men's soccer team. Kickoff is slated for 4:30 p.m., following the Yale-Dartmouth women's game, which is a 1 p.m. start. ESPN+ has the video.
In addition to the game, the Bulldogs are raising awareness and funds for Grassroot Soccer, an adolescent health organization that leverages the power of soccer to educate, inspire, and mobilize youth in developing countries to overcome their greatest health challenges, live healthier, more productive lives, and be agents for change in their communities.

Here are notes on the Yale-Dartmouth game.
* The Bulldogs (6-0-2) have won six straight games, including last Friday's 3-1 victory over Harvard in the Ivy League opener.
* Through games of Wednesday night, Yale is one of only eight unbeaten teams in Division I college soccer, joining Missouri (10-0), Virginia (10-0), Navy (11-0), SMU (9-0-1), Charlotte (8-0-2), New Hampshire (8-0-2) and Florida International (8-0-3).
* Yale is unbeaten through eight games for the first time since the 1952 team started 8-0-2.
* The Bulldogs' last seven-game winning streak in one season came in 1955.
* Yale is 11th in the nation in scoring offense (2.38 per game) and 11th in team goals against average (0.59).

HISTORY LESSONS
Saturday is the 83
rd meeting between Yale and Dartmouth, and the Bulldogs lead the all-time series 39-35-8. The teams have played to a draw in each of the last two seasons – 2-2 at Reese in 2017 and 1-1 last fall in Hanover. Yale's last victory in the series came in 2013.
SCOUTING DARTMOUTH
The Big Green (4-4-1, 1-0 Ivy) is coming off a 1-0 loss to Vermont on Tuesday night. The Big Green outshot UVM 21-9. Dartmouth opened Ivy play with a 1-0 victory over Princeton last Saturday. Dawson McCartney leads the team in goals (3), assists (4) and points (10).
