EASTHAMPTON, N.Y. – On Tuesday, the Yale men's golf team finished fifth out of nine teams at the Hamptons Intercollegiate.

While the Bulldogs finished ahead of Princeton, Cornell, Penn and Brown, their 68-over, 932 put them 42 strokes behind tournament champion Oregon State.

Captain and junior Teddy Zinsner and junior Paul Stankey tied for seventh and 13th, respectively, on the individual leaderboard at Maidstone Golf Club. Host Loyola-Maryland came in second while Richmond rounded out the top three. 

The Bulldogs have wrapped up fall competition after five events and tee off Spring 2020 play on March 14-15 in Howey-Inn-The-Hills, Fla., at the Mission Inn Spectacular.
