Seven Newcomers Welcomed to Yale

Big Group Should Impact Bulldogs

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Seven talented student-athletes have joined the Yale Men's Hockey Program including six in the Class of 2025 and one transfer.

Five of the new Bulldogs are U.S. citizens and two are coming from Canada. There are four defensemen, two forwards and a goalie.

This group of newcomers measures up as one of the largest ever to come to Ingalls Rink with an average of 6-feet, 1-inch tall and 190 pounds.

"We are very excited about our incoming group.  This class embodies the qualities that we value as a program; they are extremely competitive individuals, highly committed to becoming the best hockey players and people that they can be, and they all possess the functional intelligence required to grow within our program," said Keith Allain '80, Yale's Malcolm G. Chace Head Coach. "We all - returners and newcomers alike - are eagerly awaiting the start of our hockey season where we can compete for one another as we represent Yale on the ice!"
