NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's track and field team showed up to Saturday's Yale's Last Chance Meet ready to chase down personal records on the way to qualify for NCAA First Round competition. To qualify, athletes have to have a result that ranks them in the top 48 best marks within the eastern region. Due to athletes "scratching" out of regionals because of an injury or choosing to compete in just one event, it is not immediately clear who the top 48 are, although they can expect to know within the next couple of days.
