Heavyweights Open Fall Campaign at Head of the Housatonic

DERBY, Conn. – The Yale heavyweight crew team opened its fall season at home this weekend, competing in the Head of the Housatonic.

Results
All five Bulldog boats raced in the Men's Collegiate 8+.

The first varsity finished second behind Brown with a time of 12:36.98.
The second varsity placed fourth in 12:50.14.
The third varsity took sixth with a time of 12:58.93.
The fourth varsity finished ninth in 13:12.65.
The fifth varsity came in 14th with a time of 14:10.49.

The Bulldogs will close out their fall campaign at the Head of the Charles in Boston, Mass., on Oct. 19.
