NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Yale gymnastics team competed in its annual Senior Day meet, hosting Towson, New Hampshire, and Brown on Sunday afternoon at John J. Lee Amphitheater. The Bulldogs recorded a team score of 193.675.
Towson (195.400) finished first, followed by New Hampshire (194.500), Yale, and Brown (193.375)
Notable Performances
- Sophomore Ella Tashjian recorded a meet-high 9.900 on floor. The mark ties a career high for Tashjian who recorded the same score four times last season.
- First year Ellie Kearns tied for second on floor with a 9.850.
Meet Notes
- Following the meet, Yale celebrated its three seniors: Claire Qu, Nadia Drutau, and Oren Aviad.
- The Bulldogs recorded the best floor score of the meet with a 49.075. This was the fourth time this season that Yale topped the 49-point mark.
- First year Hailey Kriz was the Bulldogs' top performer on vault with a score of 9.750.
- Sophomore Chloe DeJoy tied for third in the meet on bars with a 9.850.
- Junior Hana Strause recorded a 9.750 on beam.
