The Bulldogs (3-5) begin a two-game series at No. 9 Clemson on Tuesday afternoon in Clemson, S.C., with a 4 p.m. start.  Wednesday's game will begin at 3 p.m.  

Scott Politz (2-0) will start for Tuesday for Yale.  He enters the game with a 2.57 ERA with wins over New Mexico State and Stony Brook.  

Clemson (12-3) last weekend swept Norte Dame at home and will start Tyler Jackson (2-1, 3.63 ERA) on Tuesday.  The Tigers are 3-0 in the ACC.

Sophomore outfielder Tim DeGraw earned Ivy League Player of the Week on Monday after driving in eight runs in four games last week.  

Through the first eight games, freshman shortstop Dai Dai Otaka leads the team with a .360 batting average  with six runs scored and four RBI.
