After three games against the University of San Francisco, the Bulldogs will play against another West Coast Conference team with a match-up at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif.
The Bulldogs had a three-game win streak snapped in game two of the doubleheader last Saturday. In both losses against the Dons last weekend, the games were tied in the seventh inning.
Jake Williams,
Bryant Reese and
Beck Milner were all named to the Ivy League weekly honor roll for their efforts last week.
Williams went 6 for 8 in the series against San Francisco and had two multi-hit games. Milner went 3 for 9 with a double and stolen bases over the weekend, while
Bryant Reese pitched into the fifth, struck out six and was credited with the victory in a 3-1 win on Saturday.
The Bulldogs have won at least one game in each of the first three series of the year.
Scouting Pacific
The Tigers are 5-8 overall to start the year. Pacific is led by Graduate Ben Nemivant who leads the team in batting average (.480), RBI (11) and on-base percentage (.536). Freshman Rylan Evans is hitting .434 and leading the team with four doubles. Junior Jacob Weiss paces the team with seven extra-base hits, two home runs and two triples.
