After a 10-day break, the Bulldogs return to the diamond at Harvard this weekend in the hunt for an Ivy League playoff spot. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday.
Here are some Bulldog notes heading into the weekend:
- The Bulldogs last played on May 2 when they defeated Sacred Heart 16-7.
- Yale begins the weekend 9-9 in Ivy play and two games behind fourth place Columbia (11-7) in the conference standings. The top-four teams will play next weekend in the Ivy League tournament.
- Yale enters the weekend 9th in the nation and lead the Ivy League in team fielding percentage.
- The Bulldogs rank second in the Ivy League with a 3.71 team ERA in conference games.
- Reid Easterly ranks second in conference games in innings pitched (44) and ranks fourth in opposing batting average (.194) and ERA (2.45).

Scouting Harvard
The Crimson (17-21, 13-5 Ivy) bring a four-game Ivy win streak into the weekend. Harvard swept Columbia last weekend to improve their position in the standings. The Crimson rank second in the league in team batting average and third in team ERA.
