Bulldogs Record Runner-up Finish at Graham Hall Team Race

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Yale coed sailing team finished second at the Graham Hall Team Race in Annapolis, Maryland over the weekend. The Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 15-3 during the two-day regatta.

Yale finished runner-up to Harvard who registered a 17-1 record. Brown finished third followed by Georgetown and St. Mary's College of Maryland.

On day one, the Bulldogs sailed to a 13-2 record, falling only to Harvard and Georgetown. Their record was good enough to advance to the final four on day two. On the second day, Yale topped Georgetown and Brown, but once again fell to Harvard.

Jack Egan, Teddy Nicolosi, Stephan Baker, and Morgan Pinckney skippered for the Bulldogs, while Elle Sykes, Ashley Highland, Carmen Berg, Jessi Avila-Shah, and Nathan Sih served as crew.

The coed sailing team will be back in action on March 23 at the Friis Team Race hosted by Roger Williams.
