PRINCETON, N.J. -- Junior Kaiden Dossa of the Yale baseball team was named Ivy League Co-Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon. Dossa received the honor alongside Cole Fellows from Columbia.
Dossa won his first Ivy League weekly honor after an incredible week at the plate for the Bulldogs. In four games, the California native went 9-for-20 with three home runs and nine RBIs. He recorded his first two-homer game on Sunday against Columbia. Dossa finished the week with eight runs and five stolen bases. The junior has put together an impressive campaign and ranks in the top five in the Ivy League in batting average (.331), OPS (.995), runs (46), hits (48), doubles (11), RBIs (37), walks (28), and stolen bases (22).
The Bulldogs will have a week off and will be back in action at home on Wednesday, May 6 against Iona.
